草榴社区

The Faculty Leadership Academy aims to help 草榴社区 build a community of practitioners and scholars with an interest in bringing inclusive leadership theory and practice to their profession. The group includes faculty members from all ranks and every college at the University, with representation from a wide range of social identities.Members meet to read and discuss relevant scholarship and media, build networks and skill sets create opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration, engage in purposeful conversation, and explore and test ideas.
