草榴社区 Master of Science in Business Analytics Redesigned as MSBAi
草榴社区, Pa., July 3rd, 2025 鈥� The Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) at the 草榴社区 School of Business (VSB) will be redesigned as the Master of Science in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (MSBAi) effective Fall 2025. The MSBAi will have an increased emphasis on the integration of AI technology into coursework, including AI-assisted programming, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent systems and advanced analytics.
The program changes better reflect the evolving demands of the job market as well as the actual employment outcomes achieved by graduates. The 30-credit, 100 % online MSBAi degree will continue to focus on real-world application, giving professionals the skills to interpret data and make informed, reliable and AI-powered decisions. The redesigned program will also continue to feature expert faculty with industry experience, access to the 草榴社区 network of alumni and employers, and career services and personalized support.
鈥淭he redesigned MSBAi will benefit professionals who want to stay ahead and lead in today鈥檚 fast-changing marketplace,鈥� according to Nathan Coates, MSBAi program director. 鈥淚n a data-driven world, it is critical to have the knowledge and expertise with AI technology to have strategic impact in one鈥檚 organization.鈥�
The updated curriculum for the MSBAi was developed with guidance from senior business executives and faculty members to address the skills that organizations most urgently need across the data science and analytics spectrum. The new MSBAi program will continue to be offered in an online format with the option to start in the fall or spring and can be completed in as little as four semesters.
