Requests for Academic Records for Non-Credit Programs

The University currently administers all non-credit programs. In the past, however, administration for certain programs was handled partially in-house as well as through administrative support from external partnerships. As such, the process by which a student may request enrollment verifications and academic records for non-credit programs will depend on the program’s history. Additional details are outlined below.��

University-Administered Non-Credit Programs��
The University maintains the most recent records for university-administered non-credit programs. University-administered programs are/were fully administered by the College of Professional Studies and/or in partnership with other units across ��������. Prior to the establishment of the College of Professional Studies in 2014, non-credit programs and courses were run through the “Office of Continuing Studies”.�� ��

For all university-administered non-credit-bearing programs, students may order an official transcript through National Student Clearinghouse here:��

Partner-Supported Non-Credit Programs

Until May 31, 2025, select non-credit programs* utilized external partnerships for administrative support. For these programs, typically, a letter is provided confirming completion of a course and/or program. The University retains the most recent records as well but may need to conduct additional searches for more historical records, to the extent they are available. To request records for one of these programs, please contact the email address below.

Course and Program Certificates for University- or Partner-Supported Non-Credit Programs

The University does not retain original copies of certificates for non-credit programs; as such, it is the student’s responsibility to retain a copy of any certificates earned. The College may be able to generate a duplicate copy of a course or program certificate upon request. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and can be sent to the College by contacting the email address below.
