Real-world exercises and case studies encourage learners to experiment with their facilitation style, strengthen psychological safety and transform conflict into collaboration.
The course also invites participants to look inward. Through guided reflection, learners examine their own communication habits, biases and boundaries, building the self-awareness that distinguishes effective coaches and facilitators.
