FLU VACCINE CLINICS

The best way to reduce your risk of contracting seasonal influenza is to be vaccinated. ²ÝÁñÉçÇø will host a four-day seasonal flu vaccination clinic in partnership with Albertson's Pharmacy for all students and employees wishing to receive the vaccine. Albertson's Pharmacy staff will administer the seasonal flu vaccines. This is not a COVID vaccine clinic.

2025 FLU VACCINE CLINIC DATES

Seasonal flu vaccine clinics will take place from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in the West Lounge of Dougherty Hall on the following dates:

  • Monday, Sept. 22
  • Wednesday, Sept. 24
  • Thursday, Sept. 25
  • Tuesday, Sept. 30

To participate in the clinic, please complete the following steps: 

  1.  and COMPLETE the Consent Form. 
  2. BRING the Consent Form, your ID and/or Wildcard, and your insurance card to the clinic.

Albertson's Pharmacy accepts many health insurances. For students whose health insurance plans may not be accepted, payment for the vaccine may be made via credit card, exact cash (no change will be made), check or Wildcard. The cost of theÌýTrivalent Influenza Vaccine is $43, the cost of theÌýFlublok Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine is $75, and the cost of the High Dose Influenza Vaccine (Indicated for adults 65 years and older) is $75.Ìý

For employees, as in in previous years, the annual seasonal influenza clinic is sponsored by the Office of Human Resources at no cost to the employee.

The seasonal flu vaccine to be administered contains killed influenza virus of the types selected by the U.S. Public Health Services and the Center for Biologics Evaluations and Research of U.S. Food and Drug Administration.  The vaccine will not give you flu, because it is a killed virus vaccine.
