At OSPIE, we help facilitate strategy work and strategic thinking across all levels of 草榴社区. Our team brings vast experience in a variety of strategic planning tools and techniques, which we deploy to help set a course for the University as well as individual colleges, schools, divisions, functions and organizational units. We also assist with internal and external benchmarking, market position analysis, scenario planning and statistical modeling. On the other end of the planning equation, OSPIE conducts assessments that help measure the effectiveness of strategy implementation. We use surveys, focus groups and other data and information-gathering tools to inform our work on behalf of the University-wide community and others. OSPIE welcomes requests for consultation.
