Monday Morning Mentor: 20-Minute Online Teaching Programs

Start each week with an online teaching program that is focused on relevant teaching issues. VITAL and Falvey Library are pleased to bring this on-demand instructional programming to you. Explore common teaching questions, learn new practices. Access in the office, on the mobile device, at home; the program is available 24/7 for one week; the weekly video program is not archived; transcripts can be accessed below. Send a PDF of the 鈥渃ertificate鈥 of program completion to VITAL via email for documentation of instructional development; write 鈥淢MM鈥 in the subject line. You may include this documentation in your dossier.

Monday Morning Mentor: Week of 5/5 - 5/11

Academic professionals may experience burnout due to pressures of long hours, intense workloads, and high demands. This program will help us recognize signs of burnout, implement recovery, and develop self-care practices that promote long-term resilience. We will become familiar with methods to restore professional satisfaction and well-being.
