All students need to check their schedule each semester.
To Check Your Schedule on Novasis
- Login to Novasis
- Click onÌýStudent and Financial Aid.
- Click onÌýRegistration.
- Click onÌýWeek at a Glance - Your Schedule by Day & TimeÌý´Ç°ùÌýStudent Detail Schedule.
- Highlight the appropriate term. Click on Submit.
The law school uses a fast and efficient method of meeting our students' need for verifying enrollment status through a service at the National Student Clearinghouse. You can use these verifications for insurance and loan deferment purposes, as well as any other reason you might have. The verification is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be printed and/or saved to your hard drive.
To Verify Your Enrollment Status on Novasis
- Login to Novasis
- Click onÌýStudent and Financial AidÌý
- Click onÌýStudent Records
- Click onÌýRequest Enrollment VerificationÌý(Link to your records at the National Student Clearinghouse)
Follow the instructions on the Clearinghouse site to receive your enrollment verification. It will be produced immediately once you have entered the requested information.
Final Grades can be found online through Novasis. Final grades will not automatically be sent to students.Ìý
To Find Your Final Grades on Novasis
- Login to Novasis
- Click onÌýStudent and Financial Aid.
- Click onÌýStudent Records.
- Click onÌýFinal Grades.
- Select the appropriate term and submit.
Follow the directions below to navigate to the appropriate web page in Novasis.
To View Your Transcript Online
- Login to Novasis
- Click onÌýStudent and Financial Aid.
- Click onÌýStudent Records.
- Click onÌýAcademic Transcript.
- Select Law School. Do not ask for All Levels.
- Look at Earned Hours to see credits earned toward graduation.
Your academic advisor can be found online through MyNova.
To Find Your Advisor
- Go to MyNova and search for My Student Information.
- Click on the My Student Information (student profile) Task Card.
- Your academic advisor is listed on your Student Profile.
Your Exam ID is found online through the Novasis system. The steps listed below will enable you to find your exam id.
To Find Your Exam ID
- Login to Novasis.
- Click onÌýStudent and Financial Aid.
- Click onÌýRegistration.
- Click onÌýSelect Term.
- Choose your term from the drop down menu and click Submit.
- You will be re-directed back to the Registration Menu
- Click onÌýMy Detail Schedule with Links to My Class Rooms.
- If you do not click on the Select Term link first, your exam number will NOT appear.
You can see your position on the wait list in MyNova
To Find Your Waitlist Status
- Go to MyNova
- Search for Registration Tools and click on the task card.
- Click onÌýView Your Schedule.
- Select the appropriate term.
- Click on Schedule Details.
- Expand the details by clicking on the arrow by the course title.Ìý
