LIVE DEMONSTRATION SESSIONS
Join us for a one-hour live introduction to VenueVU. We'll cover the process of submitting an event request in VenueVU from start to finish, including selecting a room, adding event details, submitting an event to the public University calendar, and more. Additionally, join us for a demo session specifically focused on browsing and booking classroom spaces in VenueVU. We'll cover the process of booking classrooms and using VenueVU to browse through available classroom spaces and view classroom features. This session is tailored to the needs of faculty and staff who frequently book academic spaces, but all are welcome.
